Every community already has an abundance of kindness.

Sometimes it just needs a way to reveal itself.

FAVORZ Foundations was created on one simple belief:

People genuinely want to help one another.

Every neighborhood, faith community, nonprofit, workplace, and organization is filled with people who have valuable time, practical resources, useful knowledge, and unique life experiences to share. Too often, those gifts remain invisible—not because people don't care, but because they don't know who needs help or how to offer it.

FAVORZ creates a simple, welcoming place where generosity becomes visible.

How It Works

Members participate in four simple ways:

🎁 Share an Abundance

Offer your time, resources, or knowledge to support someone else.

Whether it's helping with a ride, sharing extra garden vegetables, explaining a benefit program, or teaching a skill,

every act of generosity strengthens the community.

🙏 Ask a Favor

Everyone needs help sometimes.

Members can request assistance with everyday challenges,

knowing their community is ready to respond with kindness and practical support.

Asking for help isn't a weakness.

It's one of the ways communities grow stronger together.

❤️ Celebrate Kindness

Every completed favor becomes an opportunity for gratitude.

Our Great Wall of Gratitude celebrates the generosity, compassion,

and everyday moments that remind us what community can look like.

Everyone Has Something to Give

Generosity isn't measured by money.

Sometimes the most valuable gift is an hour of your time,

a helpful conversation,

or knowledge you've gained through life experience.

Receiving help today often inspires someone to help another person tomorrow.

Communities become stronger when asking for help is welcomed just as much as offering it.

Relationships Matter

Every interaction creates an opportunity to build trust, strengthen connections,

and remind one another that we don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Kindness has a ripple effect.

When generosity is celebrated,

Why FAVORZ Foundations?

FAVORZ Foundations was designed to help communities discover the abundance they already possess.

By making generosity visible and creating simple ways for members to connect,

communities can strengthen relationships, reduce isolation,

and increase resilience—one favor, one shared resource, and one act of kindness at a time.

Our hope is simple:

That every member feels seen.
That every act of kindness matters.
And that every community discovers it has far more abundance than it ever imagined.

The FAVORZ Logo is more than a cool shape.

The golden orb represents the Social Capital that already exists within every community.

It's also the recognition that what is easy, and nearly free to give has priceless value to its recipient.

The orb is surround by supporting hands coming together from every directiont

and creating a powerful ripple effect when neighbors help one another.

Together they remind us that simple acts of kindness strengthen the inviduals, and ultimately, the entire community.

Every community possesses an abundance of

knowledge, skills, time, generosity, and relationships.

We call this Social Capital.

FAVORZ does not create the kindness.

It simply reveals, connects, and strengthens the Social Capital

that already exists within every community.

A Message from The Prosperity Agenda

At The Prosperity Agenda, we believe prosperity is about far more than income alone.

Families build lasting prosperity by strengthening many forms of capital—including financial capital, human capital, physical capital, and one of the most overlooked assets of all:

Social Capital.

Social capital is built through relationships, trust, reciprocity, and a community's willingness to support one another. Research consistently shows that strong social networks improve health, employment, financial resilience, educational outcomes, and overall well-being.

Yet Social Capital is often invisible.

People may not know who has the knowledge they need, who is willing to lend a helping hand, or where valuable community resources already exist.

FAVORZ helps make those connections visible.

By creating simple opportunities for people to share their time, resources, knowledge, and life experience, FAVORZ strengthens communities one meaningful connection at a time.

But something even more powerful happens along the way.

When people discover they have something valuable to offer someone else, they begin to see themselves differently.

Helping another person doesn't simply solve a problem—it builds confidence, purpose, belonging, and the belief that "I have something meaningful to contribute."

Likewise, when someone feels safe enough to ask for help, they strengthen trust, deepen relationships, and create opportunities for others to experience the joy and purpose that comes from giving.

Prosperity grows when people are both willing to receive support and empowered to offer it.

For participants engaged in Family-Centered Coaching, Family-Centered Prosperity, and Benefit Cliffs Coaching, strengthening social capital can be just as important as increasing earned income.

A trusted relationship may lead to a new job opportunity.

A shared ride may make employment possible.

A mentor may build confidence.

A neighbor may reduce isolation.

A simple favor may become the beginning of a lifelong friendship.

These moments may seem small on their own, but together they create stronger families, stronger communities, and more resilient futures.
